Trimmings and Twinkle Lights

We finished trimming our Christmas tree today.
It's been up and full of twinkle lights for the last two weeks. (There's 900 little lights. Yes, I have a twinkle light problem)
Now, it's finished. Completed.
It's ready.
We are ready, I hope, for the Christmas miracle.
I hope that you are, too.

...gosh, I had forgotten how many fantastic and beautiful ornaments we have.

  1. Wow! We moved to two strings (500) lights this year and I felt like we were living on the edge...LOL What a beautiful tree.

Blessings to you and your lovely family on the joyous birth of our Savior!

  2. Very nice!! We had two strands of lights permanently "die" this year, so our lights were drastically cut down, and it makes such a (negative) difference. I love the garland!

  3. This tree is actually a new tree this year. Four strands of hand-me-down lights burned out and so did my pre-lit tree.

I wasn't expecting to put 900 lights on the new tree (I thought I would have some for the window, too!), but it just happened ;)

HA! the garland. I didn't have enough to go around the tree, so it goes back and forth across the front, and if you look close enough, you'll see that it stops in the middle of the bottom. hehehe

Thanks, Ladies! Merry Christmas to you!
