A super quick and easy and cheap Saint Patrick's Day wreath!
-wreath from Pat Catans for 3.97
-shamrocks cut from a foam pack purchased at the dollar store. (so about 20 cents)
-scotch tape to attach shamrocks. really ;)
I'll use this wreath form for an easter wreath as well.
